Joel Fletcher

For almost 20 years, Joel has served as a student ministry pastor for churches in Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Texas. He’s a Marine Corps veteran and a graduate from Northern Arizona University’s College of Business. Joel also has a masters in Biblical Counseling from Luther Rice Seminary. In 1998 Joel met his wife, Megan, in Yuma, Arizona while they were both involved in leading youth ministries at their churches.

Upon completion of his church work in PA, Megan and Joel moved to Texas to serve with a global missions organization. When Joel isn’t serving at his church or assisting donors and families with their planned giving, he can be found hanging out with his wife and four children in Carrollton, TX. They support the work of missionaries on the field in Alaska, Turkey and other parts of the world. He and Megan also lead teams of students into inner-city Dallas to minister among the homeless.
